Potatoes au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- lemon pepper - 1 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
- to 6 potatoes - 5 item
- carton frozen chives, defrosted - 1 item
How to make potatoes au gratin:
Boil potatoes until done and don't use them until they are cool (may cook them the day before). Dice the potatoes and sprinkle heavily with lemon pepper; add other ingredients. Put in a casserole dish and cook about 30 minutes at 300°. Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and cook a few more minutes.
