  • lemon pepper - 1 item
  • small carton sour cream - 1 item
  • sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
  • to 6 potatoes - 5 item
  • carton frozen chives, defrosted - 1 item

How to make potatoes au gratin:

Boil potatoes until done and don't use them until they are cool (may cook them the day before). Dice the potatoes and sprinkle heavily with lemon pepper; add other ingredients. Put in a casserole dish and cook about 30 minutes at 300°. Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and cook a few more minutes. (Use 1 medium potato per person.)
