Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- bacon bits - 1 item
- green onions - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 item
- to 4 baked potatoes - 3 item
How to make potato skins:
Cut potatoes in half, scoop out some of the potato. Deep fry until brown. Place potatoes on baking sheet, top with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions and bacon bits. Serve with sour cream on the side.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Potato.
