Ingredients/Components
- salt
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/2 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- green pepper, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- diced potatoes - 2 c
How to make potato salad:
Combine potatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Soften gelatin in water; dissolve over low heat. Remove from heat. Blend into potato mixture.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
