Ingredients/Components

  • salt
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 2 item
  • cooked, cubed, peeled potatoes 5 medium - 4 c

How to make potato salad:

Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.
