Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- to 5 shredded potatoes - 3 item
How to make potato latkes:
Brown onion in skillet. Add to shredded potatoes that have set 10 minutes after shredding. Add flour, salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet (enough to cover bottom). Drop by tablespoon. Fry, turning once. Use spatula to flatten slightly.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Potato, Vegetables.
