  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 qt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • medium potatoes - 10 item
  • large onion - 1 item
  • stem celery - 1 item
  • loaf bread or 8 rolls - 3/4 item

How to make potato filling:

Saute onion and celery for 3 minutes. Make filling out of onion, celery, bread, salt and pepper. Mash the potatoes and add eggs, filling and milk together. Bake until brown on top, 35 to 45 minutes at 350°. Serve with gravy.
