Potato dumplings
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour
- farina - 2 Tbsp
- egg and 1 egg yolk - 1 item
- boiled and mashed potatoes - 2 c
How to make potato dumplings:
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 9 dumplings (oblong) and drop into boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve with roast pork and sauerkraut. For best results, don't use new potatoes.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Midwestern u.s..
