  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • margarine or butter - 1 c
  • sifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • crushed potato chips - 1/2 c

How to make potato chip cookies:

Cream together the margarine, sugar and vanilla. Add crushed potato chips and pecans. Add flour. Bake at 350° until lightly browned (15 to 18 minutes).
