Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- water - 4 qt
- margarine - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- stalks celery, diced - 5 item
- ?? flour - 1/4 item
- Steero chicken bouillon instant - 2 Tbsp
- to 7 potatoes, cut into small pieces - 6 item
How to make potato-cheese soup:
Put water, onion, celery and bouillon on to boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add potatoes; continue cooking until potatoes are done. Add cheese. While it is melting, make a roux with margarine and flour, to thicken. Add roux to soup mixture. SimmeRecipe categories: Potato, Cheese, Soups & stews.
