  • milk - 2 c
  • water - 4 qt
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • stalks celery, diced - 5 item
  • ?? flour - 1/4 item
  • Steero chicken bouillon instant - 2 Tbsp
  • to 7 potatoes, cut into small pieces - 6 item

How to make potato-cheese soup:

Put water, onion, celery and bouillon on to boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add potatoes; continue cooking until potatoes are done. Add cheese. While it is melting, make a roux with margarine and flour, to thicken. Add roux to soup mixture. Simme
