- large potatoes, peeled and boiled - 12 item
How to make make ahead potatoes:
Combine cooked potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder in large mixing bowl. Mash potatoes until fluffy. (Add a small amount of milk if potatoes are too thick.) Spread in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Refrigerate until ready to use. To bake, drizzle melted margarine over top and place in 350° oven for one hour.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
