Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- stick oleo - 1/3 item
- shredded cheese or 1 large jar Cheez Whiz - 2 c
How to make potato-cheese soup:
Boil diced potatoes and onion until tender. With a potato masher, mash potatoes slightly. Add mushroom soup, milk, oleo and cheese. Heat over low heat until cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper and serve hot.Recipe categories: Potato, Cheese, Soups & stews.
