Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 oz
- mashed potatoes - 8 oz
- pinch of pepper - 1 item
How to make potato bread:
Add a little milk to the mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out to 1/4-inch thick and cut into 8 pieces. Cook on hot griddle, browning on both sides. Good with bacon and eggs.Recipe categories: Breads, Potato, Vegetables.
