  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • powdered sugar
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • stick margarine, softened - 1/4 item
  • Set aside

How to make bohemian coffee cake:

Sift flour and mix with salt and spices. Set aside. Cream sugars, eggs and oil. Beat the buttermilk and soda well by hand. Add to creamed mixture. Gradually add dry ingredients. Add vanilla, coconut and pecans. Mix and bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350° for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.Frosting:1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/4 stick margarine, softened2 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. coconut1 tsp. vanilla Cream together well and frost on cool cake.
