Potato and ham casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 1/2
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1/3 c
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cooked ham, diced
- canned or frozen peas - 1 c
How to make potato and ham casserole:
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix potatoes as directed on the package. In a 2-quart ovenproof dish, mix together ham, peas, onion, green pepper and celery. Stir in potato mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Ham.
