Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 3 item
- dry Lipton onion soup - 1 pkg
- chuck arm pot roast or blade pot roast - 3 4
- cans mushrooms, sliced or stems and pieces - 2 more
- rice or noodles or mashed potatoes - 1 item
How to make pot roast with mushroom gravy:
Put roast in roasting pan with lid. Mix soups, water and mushrooms until blended. Pour over roast. Bake, covered, at 350° for about 5 hours. Add more water while cooking if it thickens too much. When meat is tender, cut into large pieces. Put grRecipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Roast beef.
