Creamy pasta primavera
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1/2 lb
- broccoli flowerets
- medium carrot, sliced - 1 item
- medium green onions, sliced - 2 item
- medium red pepper, cut into thin strips - 1/2 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- water - 3/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
How to make creamy pasta primavera:
Cook pasta per instructions. Add broccoli, carrot, green onion and red pepper the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain. In same saucepan, combine soup, water and cheese. Heat to boil. Stir occasionally.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Penne.
