Ingredients/Components
- whole chicken - 1 (3
- peanut oil - 3 Tbsp
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- liquor whiskey or gin - 1 Tbsp
- ajinomoto - 1 tsp
- stalks green onions, cut in 2-inch strips - 6 item
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- small ginger - 1 item
How to make pot roast chicken:
Dress chicken and rub thoroughly with sauce. Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken. Heat pot and add peanut oil. Brown chicken evenly. Add ginger and garlic. Pour remaining sauce over chicken and cover pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer fRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
