Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- to 6 large potatoes - 4 item
- to 6 pork chops - 4 item
- can celery or tomato soup - 1 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown floured pork chops in skillet. Peel and cut potatoes in slices. Spread potatoes in a 9 x 9 x 12-inch pan. Spread celery or tomato soup over potatoes. Pour milk over soup. Place brown pork chops on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
