How to make pork chop casserole:

Fry pork chops to brown. Slice potatoes into greased baking dish (8 x 10-inch). Add salt and pepper. Add the mushroom soup. Place browned pork chops on top of potato mix. Pour drippings from pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
