- salt and pepper - 1 item
- pork chops - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Fry pork chops to brown. Slice potatoes into greased baking dish (8 x 10-inch). Add salt and pepper. Add the mushroom soup. Place browned pork chops on top of potato mix. Pour drippings from pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
