Ingredients/Components
- hot water - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- pork chops - 4 item
- canned or cooked tomatoes - 1 c
How to make pork chop casserole:
Put chops in a baking dish. Put rice over them. Add onion and pepper; pour in boiling water and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
