  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • catsup - 1/4 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • uncooked rice - 1 c
  • pork chops - 4 item

How to make creole pork chops:

Season chops. Place in large skillet. Cover with rice, green pepper and onion; season with salt and pepper. Combine water and catsup; pour over chops and bring to a boil. Lower heat; cover and simmer 1 hour.
