- boiling water - 3 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- catsup - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- pork chops - 4 item
How to make creole pork chops:
Season chops. Place in large skillet. Cover with rice, green pepper and onion; season with salt and pepper. Combine water and catsup; pour over chops and bring to a boil. Lower heat; cover and simmer 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
