Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- pkg - 1 oz
- envelope spaghetti sauce mix - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- Add sauce mix, tomato sauce and water
- milk - 1 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
How to make popover pizza:
Brown beef. Add sauce mix, tomato sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cheese. Put in 400° oven to keep warm.Popover Batter:2 large eggs1 c. milk1 Tbsp. oil1 c. flour1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Beat eggs, milk and oil. Add flour and salt and beat until smooth.
