- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- water - 1 to
- lemon juice - 1 item
- large can plums pits and syrup - 1 item
How to make plum soup:
In a pot, boil water. Add plums with syrup, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice (approximately 1 tablespoon). Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Can be served hot or cold over noodles or plain.Recipe categories: Fruit, Soups & stews, Vegetarian.
