Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• coconut - 1 c
• salad oil - 3/4 c
• pecans, chopped - 1 c
• 7-Up - 1 (10
• box lemon cake mix - 1 item
• box lemon instant pudding - 1 item
• large can pineapple - 1 item
• Make 3 layers

How to make 7-up cake:

Mix cake ingredients together, adding 7-Up last. Make 3 layers. Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes or until done.Frosting:1 stick margarine1 1/2 c. sugar2 eggs1 c. coconut1 large can pineapple2 Tbsp. flour2 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecans, chopped Mix together and cook until thick, saving coconut and nuts to be added last.
