  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • ground pecans - 1 c
  • jar junior baby plum - 1 item

How to make plum cake:

Beat first 5 ingredients together. Add pecans and vanilla. Bake in tube pan on 350° for 45 minutes. Check to see if done.
