Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
- jar baby food junior plums - 1 item
How to make plum cake:
Combine flour, sugar and spices; mix well. Add oil, eggs and plums. Mix on high speed 3 to 4 minutes. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour into well-greased Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 20 minutes and then finish cooling on rack. Wrap in foil to keep for 1 week. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Plums.
