How to make pizza:
Crust:3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour1 pkg. instant dry yeast1 1/2 tsp. salt1 1/4 c. warm water3 Tbsp. oil Sauce:1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce1 (6 oz.) tomato paste2 tsp. sugar1 1/2 tsp. oregano1 tsp. parsley flakes1/2 to 3/4 tsp. basil1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. garlic and paprika In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast and salt; mix well. Add warm water and oil. Blend 3 minutes on medium speed. By hand, gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a firm dough. Knead on floured surface 3 to 5 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and a towel. Let rise 20 minutes. Mix all sauce ingredients. Put on any topping you wish.Recipe categories: Main dish, Italian, Pizza.
