  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 13 oz
  • instant pistachio pudding - 2 pkg
  • cream cheese double - 8 oz

How to make pistachio squares:

Mix and spread first 3 ingredients. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Soften cheese, add sugar and approximately 8 ounces Cool Whip. Spread on top of baked nut crust. Beat last 2 ingredients. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool W
