  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item

How to make ricotta cake:

Make yellow cake according to box. Pour into pan; set aside. Mix together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat in Ricotta cheese. Spread mixture over top of cake. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve with strawberries and whipped cream, if desired.
