Pistachio salad

Ingredients/Components

• nuts - 1/2 c
• miniature marshmallows - 1 c
• carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
• large can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 item
• small box instant pistachio pudding - 1 item
• can Mandarin oranges, cut up do not use juice - 1 item

How to make pistachio salad:

Combine dry pudding mix, pineapple and juice. Fold in marshmallows and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight.
