Oatmeal raisin cookies

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• large egg - 1 item
• raisins - 1/2 c
• white sugar - 1/4 c
• quick oats
• butter or oleo, softened - 1/2 c
• plus 1/8 c - 1/2 c

How to make oatmeal raisin cookies:

Combine first 5 ingredients; cream well. Add egg and cream again.

Sift flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in oats and raisins to creamed mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoon on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes in a 375° oven.
