Ingredients/Components

• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• 4 oz - 1 lb
• Cool Whip, thawed - 1 (4
• box pistachio pudding mix - 1 item
• small marshmallows if you double this, use 2 c - 1/2 c

How to make pistachio salad:

Combine dry pudding mix and crushed pineapple with juice until pudding is mixed thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows and nuts. Chill.
