  • cream cheese
  • chopped nuts - 1 item
  • water - 1 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • container Cool Whip - 1 item
  • pineapple juice - 1/2 c
  • lime Jell-O - 1 pkg

How to make lime jello salad:

In a 2 quart saucepan, add water, lime Jell-O and cream cheese. Heat on medium heat until cream cheese melts. After cheese melts, add marshmallows. Stir until dissolved. Then refrigerate until its almost firm. Then add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple and Cool Whip. Beat until mixture is smooth. Pour into bowl. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate until firm.

Great with meal or as dessert.
