- cold water - 3/4 c
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- pistachio instant pudding - 1 (3
- green food coloring optional - 1 item
- almond extract optional - 1 tsp
- box yellow cake mix or white cake mix and 1 tsp - 1 oz
How to make pistachio cake:
Stir cake mix with pudding. If more color is desired, add a few drops of green food coloring to the water. Add water and oil to the mix, then add extract. Add the eggs, one at a time, using low speed on the mixer. Beat 5 minutes. Grease a large angel food cake or Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
