- milk
- oil - 1 c
- instant pistachio pudding
- white cake mix - 1 item
- club soda - 1 c
- envelopes Dream Whip - 2 item
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch oblong pan or 2 round pans
How to make pistachio cake:
Mix ingredients well. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch oblong pan or 2 round pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done.Frosting:1 small pkg. pistachio pudding2 envelopes Dream Whip1 1/2 c. milk Mix with mixer about 5 minutes (until thick). Frost.
