Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- heavy cream
- instant pistachio pudding - 2 pkg
- pistachio pudding - 1 pkg
- small Cool Whip - 1 item
- club soda - 1/2 c
- box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 item
- 100 grams chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make pistachio cake:
Icing:1/2 pt. heavy cream1 pkg. pistachio pudding1 small Cool Whip1/4 c. milk Cake: Mix all ingredients, except walnuts. Preheat oven to 350°. When ingredients are well mix, stir in walnuts and divide into two cake pans, greased and floured. Bake until done, 45 to 60 minutes; cool on cooling rack.Icing: Blend together heavy cream and pistachio pudding. Fold in Cool Whip and stir in milk. Ice cake immediately.
