Pinto bean casserole
Ingredients/Components
- catsup
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- steak sauce - 1 Tbsp
- large can tomato sauce - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn bread - 1 item
How to make pinto bean casserole:
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Add tomato sauce. When hot, add steak sauce and catsup to meat mixture. Put pinto beans in an 8 x 10-inch casserole dish. Pour meat mixture on top of beans. Top with corn muffin mix (mix as directed on package). Bake at 400° until corn bread has baked and a nice brown color.
