Ingredients/Components
- grated raw sweet potatoes - 4 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- firmly packed brown sugar - 2 c
- grated lemon peel - 2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- chopped pecans for topping - 1 c
How to make sweet potato pudding:
Preheat oven top 350°. Combine all ingredients, except eggs and pecans, until well mixed. Add eggs and stir until well combined; pour into a 3-quart casserole dish. Top with pecans. Bake 1 hour. Makes 10 servings, about 480 calories each.Recipe categories: Desserts, Side dish, Vegetables.
