- milk - 1/2 3/4
- flour
- cheese - 1/4 lb
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/4 item
- to 3 potatoes - 2 item
How to make cheese potatoes:
Slice and cook potatoes. Stir together the margarine, flour, milk, cheese and garlic salt until all are heated and blended. Put potatoes in a baking dish. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake at 250° until bubbling. Can be doubled easily.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
