Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- Beat eggs together
How to make pumpkin cake:
Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Beat eggs together. Add oil and beat again. Add flour mixture, then pumpkin and beat well. Pour into lightly greased and floured pan. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes for 9-inch pans.Frosting:1 lb. confectioners sugar1/4 c. butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts Soften butter and cream cheese together.
