Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• 4x sugar
• can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
• soft cream cheese - 3 oz
• Pour into a 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet

How to make pineapple sheet cake:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Frosting:1 stick soft margarine3 oz. soft cream cheese1 1/2 c. 4x sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients and spread over cake immediately.
