- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- 4x sugar
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
- soft cream cheese - 3 oz
- Pour into a 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet
How to make pineapple sheet cake:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Frosting:1 stick soft margarine3 oz. soft cream cheese1 1/2 c. 4x sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients and spread over cake immediately.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
