Pineapple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• eggs - 8 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• dash of salt - 1 item
• plain flour - 3 c
• Crisco - 2 c
• small can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item

How to make pineapple cake:

Cream Crisco and sugar; add eggs, one at a time. Add salt and flour gradually. Stir in vanilla and pineapple. Bake in greased and floured pan at 325° for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
