- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 8 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- plain flour - 3 c
- Crisco - 2 c
- small can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item
How to make pineapple cake:
Cream Crisco and sugar; add eggs, one at a time. Add salt and flour gradually. Stir in vanilla and pineapple. Bake in greased and floured pan at 325° for 1 hour and 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
