- vanilla
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- hot water - 2 4
- carton yogurt or sour cream - 1 oz
- crushed pineapple, drained or substitute cranberries or blueberries - 1 c
- Creamy Glaze optional - 1 item
- Blend at low speed until moistened
How to make pineapple pound cake:
Combine cake mix, yogurt and eggs. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Fold in fruit and nuts. Pour batter into greased, floured Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Low in....
