Pineapple pound cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• eggs - 9 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• Crisco - 2 c
• cake flour - 3 c
• small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item

How to make pineapple pound cake:

Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour large tube or Bundt pan. Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs, 3 at a time and alternate with flour. Add vanilla. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
