  • sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 6 Tbsp
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • Ritz crackers, crushed - 3/4 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • cans crushed pineapple, drained - 2 1/2

How to make pineapple delight:

Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour in bowl. Put in baking dish. Place crackers over top. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
