Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- oil - 2/3 c
- bottle 7-Up - 1 oz
- can flaked coconut - 1 item
- box lemon cake mix - 1 item
- medium can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- Filling:2 eggs, beaten
- small box lemon pudding instant - 1 item
How to make 7-up cake:
Filling:2 eggs, beaten1 1/2 c. sugar1 Tbsp. flour1 stick margarine1 medium can crushed pineapple1 can flaked coconut Mix together the cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil and eggs. Add 7-Up and beat well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Filling: Cook ingredients until thick, then add coconut. Ice cake while still hot.
If you prefer to make a 9-inch layer cake, allow filling to cool before icing.
