Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 1/2
- water - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- mashed bananas 4 medium
How to make banana pound cake:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until blended, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Turn batter into greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto rack and cool completely.
