  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • shortening - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • crushed pineapple - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c

How to make pineapple cookies:

Cream the sugars and shortening. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with pineapple. Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoonful and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
