Pineapple cheese pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
How to make pineapple cheese pie:
Mix in a bowl the cream cheese. Add the sugar. Add one egg at a time. Add the flour, vanilla and milk. Beat until well mixed. Add pineapple slowly. Mix with spoon. When all mixed together, pour into 2-quart greased with butter glass dish (Pyrex). Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Shut off oven. Let sit in oven for 1 hour, then remove to cool.
