  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • parsley, chopped - 1 item
  • stalks celery, chopped fine - 4 item
  • medium green pepper, chopped fine - 1/2 item
  • small onion, chopped fine or dry onion flakes - 1 item

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Form into a ball. Chill overnight. Roll cheese ball in pecans and parsley.
